Legal Consultation

Please briefly and succinctly describe the legal issues the client encountered and any necessary background information and other necessary information to help the lawyer to understand the situation. Please note that all conversations are under lawyer-client privilege information protection, and so candid talk is appreciated. Conflict check is required before any initial legal consultation. 

In the initial legal consultation, Richard Xu will explain succinctly the law, legislation and the legal landscape of Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal law of Canada to the extent of its applicability to facilitate the client to establish a sense on what might be the best way to deal with the legal issues.  

If it is possible, a number of legal solutions, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, settlement and/or other options will be provided to the clients so the clients may consider and decide. 

Richard Xu will provide practical suggestion and legal advice on the possible next step for the clients to decide whether it makes sense to proceed and the possible consequence.
